Refunds

This policy applies to purchases from Xelerator Bio LLC at http://www.XeleratorBio.com. Our products are sold only for legitimate laboratory research use and are not for human or veterinary use.
All sales are final
Because our products may be sensitive to handling, storage, and contamination, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for products ordered by mistake, no longer wanted, or no longer needed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Contact us within 48 hours after delivery if your order arrives damaged, appears defective, or does not match your order. Email CustomerService@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
Please keep the product and its packaging while we review your claim. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund after assessing the issue. Do not return anything unless we provide return instructions.
Shipping problems
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the carrier and notify us at CustomerService@XeleratorBio.com. We will help investigate, but a refund or replacement is not guaranteed for packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered at checkout.
If an order is lost in transit or arrives substantially later than promised, contact us so we can review the shipment and available options.
Cancellations and address changes
Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation or address change. We can accommodate a request only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or redirected by us.
Refund processing
If we approve a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. Please allow [5–10 business days] for processing after approval; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.
