Research use only
We supply research peptides and related materials solely for lawful laboratory and analytical research conducted by qualified personnel. Human and veterinary use is prohibited, including ingestion, injection, application to the body, clinical or diagnostic use, and use to treat or prevent disease. You may not use these materials in foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or products intended for human or animal use. We do not provide medical advice, dosing recommendations, or instructions for administration.
Purchaser eligibility and responsibilities
By ordering, you confirm that you have legal capacity to contract and are qualified to conduct the proposed research or are authorized to purchase on behalf of an organization with qualified personnel. You are responsible for ensuring lawful purchase, receipt, possession, storage, handling, use, and disposal, including obtaining any required institutional approvals or permits. Keep materials in a controlled laboratory environment and restrict access to trained personnel. Do not advertise, sell, or transfer materials for prohibited uses or remove or alter their research-use labeling.
Product information and testing
Review the product label, specifications, and available lot-specific documentation before use. Certificates of Analysis in our COA Library report results for the samples and test methods identified in each report. A reported purity result does not establish sterility, suitability for administration, or performance in a particular experiment.
Orders and payment
An order submission is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as inventory shortages, listing errors, suspected fraud, or indications of prohibited use. If we cancel a paid order before shipment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items and any applicable taxes and shipping charges. Review prices, taxes, shipping charges, and payment options shown at checkout. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information.
Shipping and delivery
Check the shipping options and estimated delivery dates shown at checkout. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will provide any delay notice and cancellation or refund options required by applicable law. Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with the order number, a description, and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Keep the items and packaging while we review the issue. This reporting request does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
Returns, refunds, and cancellations
See our Refund and Returns Policy for eligibility, instructions, and available remedies. Contact us before sending an item back or as soon as possible if you need to request an order cancellation or address change. Your rights under applicable law remain in effect.
Accounts and site use
